Official Announcement from TOTO Vietnam Regarding the Forgery of TOTO Vietnam’s Information for Fraudulent Activities

To Our Valued Customers, Partners, Organizations, and Individuals Interested in the TOTO Brand in Vietnam,

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the support, companionship, and affection that you have shown toward the TOTO brand and TOTO Vietnam over the years.

Since the establishment of our official commercial presence in Vietnam in 2002, TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd. has always prioritized sincerity, quality, and compliance with the law.

Recently, we have received several reports and requests for information verification from customers, organizations, and individuals via TOTO Vietnam’s hotline regarding signs of fraud or impersonation of TOTO Vietnam to place orders or lure individuals into recruitment schemes, with the aim of illegally appropriating assets.

Identified signs of fraudulent impersonation of TOTO Vietnam include:
▪️ Recruitment notices and invitations offering attractive opportunities, followed by requests for candidates to download apps or click on suspicious links, provide personal information to proceed with the recruitment process, and then requests to pay fees or share sensitive personal data.
▪️ Impersonation of TOTO Vietnam employees to place large orders, issuing fake purchase orders or order forms with forged company stamps, and subsequently requesting commission fees for order confirmation.

We firmly assert that these are illegal acts exploiting the TOTO and TOTO Vietnam brands for personal gain, seriously damaging the reputation and integrity of TOTO Vietnam, causing financial losses to individuals and organizations, and disturbing public order and social security.

Therefore, through this announcement, we hereby confirm and advise as follows:
1. TOTO Vietnam has no legal or practical affiliation with any individual or entity involved in the above-mentioned fraudulent activities.
We do not conduct any recruitment or business transactions that involve fee collection or commission payments. Notably, all recruitment interviews are only conducted at our official headquarters or branches as listed in section (2) below.
